Sustainable investments and operations:
a green mindset
All our hotels are certified, in the process of being certified or plan on being certified by a thirdparty authority. Our preferred choice of partner is Green Key, which certifies that we commit
to and comply with strict criteria to the sustainability of our operations. By letting Green Key
certify our hotel operations, we ensure our sustainable efforts are fully transparent, allowing
us to monitor our environmental impact and to find new opportunities to further improve the
sustainability of our operations.
Many of our newly built hotels have been certified and planned openings expect to be certified
as green buildings. Most of our properties are certified by leading sustainability assessment
methods and rating systems for buildings, i.e. LEED, BREEAM and DGNB. We are not in
control of this process, but we partner with investors who share our values.
